"The Perfect Marriage" By: Jeneva Rose.
Rating- 4.5/5. This is an easy read. 342 pages. Sarah and Adam are married, but you can tell that the marriage is strained from the POV of the characters, but there is still a lot of love there. Adam is having an affair and then he finds his mistress dead at their lake house. His wife is a powerful defense lawyer and finds herself defending him in trial. There are twists and turns in this and I enjoyed the read. This is not a spicy style book either.
"Ignite" By Melanie Harlow.
Rating 3.5/5. Pages 342. I enjoyed this read, but it was a little predictable. It made me laugh as the characters seemed like real people to me. Winnie is the main character and she is a young romantic junkie that is clumsy! Dex is a really hot single dad with two children that she starts to have a relationship with but not before she already swears off men for a year. This book is a little spicy with some love scenes, but it's a cute read about young love and also relatable for those who might have entered a relationship with someone with children prior.
"If he had been with me." By Laura Nowlin.
Rating 3.5/5. This is a slow burn book and written in the POV of a teenage girl, so the style is different than others I have read. I was so invested in finishing this book. Main Characters are Autumn and Finn and they spent their whole lives growing up with each other because their moms are best friends. They have different styles and Autumn dates a guy from the misfits group that they are in, while Finn is a "jock". But she starts to have feelings for him. The ending wrecked me and is why I recommend the book to read.
"Confess." By Colleen Hoover.
Rating 5/5. 320 pages. I adore this book. It was a book I couldn't put down. The main characters are Auburn and Owen. They are so lovely. The way this book was written has surprises that show up left and right and kept me engaged the entire read. Autumn is a young adult that had some struggles in her past that you end up finding out in the middle of the book. Owen is a young successful artist with a secret that you are trying to figure out along with the book. This has romance, some action thrills, twists and the story becomes full circle for the ending. I very much recommend this read. P.S. There is also a short series on Amazon about this as well that was fun to watch.
"Perfect Strangers." By J.T. Geissinger
Rating 5/5!!! 342 Pages. WOW. This book is spicy, thrilling, mysterious, and more. I cried in this book because I was so connected to the characters. Olivia is a writer that has been struggling since tragedy hit her family. She is captivated by James who is beautiful man that has rugged manly features, and she begins a steamy relationship but only until her trip in Paris ends in a few months. This storyline brought out every emotion when I was reading this. The ending will have you astonished!! Check this one out definitely!!
